"They never ship anything they will…"
They never ship anything they will drain your bank account full amount not monthly payments when u write to compain you just get a auto email blaming it on the holiday seasen we are a month past the holidays smfh now they give me a delivery date of tomorrow but if you track only a label was created nothing even shipped and so many bad reviews on top of the obvious fake good reviews does anyone actually recieve what they order

"Overcharged"
I was trying to make a payment of 79.28$ and it took the whole 779.28$ this is going to put me in the negatives so could i get the 700$ refunded back to my account please before it actually goes through it hasn’t shown up on my bank yet. The Loan reference number is:

"Cannot cancel order"
Went through payment options and selected PayPal pay later. After I hot done entering all my info it somehow went back to the full price coming out of my bank. PayPal said it wasn't on their end and to cancel thru Abunda, however there is NO way to cancel because that button is now unavailable. I NEVER agreed to full price payment and this is going to make bank account go $1000 in negative!
They responded quickly and refunded the money before it destroyed my financial accounts. I will forever be thankful for their quick response.

I recently placed an order on January 10, 2023 for an embroidery machine. I have yet to receive any confirmation email regarding my purchase. I have reached out twice via email regarding this issue and have yet to receive a response from anyone.

"I’ve been having the worst Return…"
I’ve been having the worst Return experience with Abunda and the 3rd party seller they have used from Amazon. I mailed out the electric scooter for return on December 23rd 2022 via USPS and emailed them a picture of the receipt for reimbursement and proof as well as the tracking number. The item was delivered on December 27th 2022 and was handed to a worker at the facility. It has now been 15 days and I have yet to receive a response from Abunda and the 3rd party seller and they KEEP CHARGING ME. I am so sick and tired of these games. I cannot afford to be losing out on $120 a month for an item I am not using and have already returned. I am very disappointed that Abunda hasn’t gotten back to me when I have emailed them numerous times on separate occasions and have been as polite as I can be even though I am very frustrated. I wanted to trust them but this has been awful experience for me. This is my last resort in trying to get in contact with them and if I do not receive a response and my refund as well as my reimbursement for mailing out the package and paying for it like the contract says then I will go report this on the BBB website and call my bank for them to block any more payments from this company. I am sorry I had to come to this.

If I could give zero stars I would order place December 3rd. Kept getting a delay. Still have not received my item and still have not received any update. I've reached out through UPS and through Abunda customer service, and nothing is resolved. They are taking the payment and yet I still have no product. I ordered the Xtool M1 10w pro package. I even let them know that if they cancel this order I would like to reorder it if I can get it guaranteed to be shipped and make it and I have heard nothing

Made an order. The ship date keeps getting pushed back. The items are in stock 2 day shipping. No reason for this. Did not answer email within 24 hours.

"Buyer Beware. Money taken with no product delivery date and no phone number to contact!!"
Ordered an item. Was told it would be here 3 days ago. Then was told it would be 5 days late..now no updates. No phone number to contact them. Payment has already come out of my account. Beware..they've taken your money but you have no idea where product is or when it will be delivered. Not only that but 72 hours later still no reply to the email I sent.

Placed order Abunda Order Confirmation #R780939421 December 10. The item delivery date given was December 15th. Since then the delivery date has changed three times. I reached out via message and email. Received a reply on message giving am estimated delivery date mirroring what is shown on the tracker. Received an email telling me they are running behind on answering emails. Delivery date now shows December 21st and the items still has not shipped.

***Update***
Item did ship and will make it by Christmas. Still not completely happy with the customer service. I feel a little more personal touch to the customer service would do this company wonders. Email and a delayed messenger system make finding out information difficult.

Here's my thing no update about an order and telling me you're waiting to hear from the warehouse. From reviews you take the money and then you cancel the order for a ps5 and now we have to wait 7 days to get the money back while it took you 7 seconds to take money on a product you couldn't get and youve berm canceling those orders and having problems getting them out but yet yiu still having it posted on your website like you can get it and ship it by said date. How about the lies stop when it comes to the ps5 and stop taking money before hand if you can't guarantee it. People pay for a service or item, not for the possibility of maybe getting the product. Selling lies

This is my first order. I ordered on December 11th, today is December 15th and still hasn't shipped. I need this now! I also paid my down payment. If not shipped in a few days I will be forced to report to BBB. Please send products when ordered!

I ordered my sons Christmas present. A PlayStation 5. Let all the other great deals expire, today got a text saying they canceled my order and will refund my money in another 7 days.

"SWEET"
SWEET! I have more than a dozen orders with Abunda. The packages arrive on time and as I ordered them. The customer service is very kind and respectful. I appreciate having the option to use payment plans because I can afford to pay in full.
